Are you currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and looking for an internship where you can gain real-world experience? This is an opportunity to step beyond the classroom and get hands-on experience, working directly alongside our Human Resources team. What You'll Be Doing - Your primary focus will be supporting our recruitment and onboarding efforts as well as employee engagement initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to: Support and lead recruitment efforts for hourly, shop-floor positions. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews. Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding activities. Serve as a technical resource by addressing and resolving questions and issues related to the recruiting function. Create and post job openings on various job boards, internal platforms, and social media channels. Organize and maintain employee records by scanning and uploading new and existing documents into the electronic filing system. Assist the Human Resources department with additional HR-related functions and projects, as assigned. Manage and respond to departmental mail and correspondence. Follow and comply with all safety regulations and work rules and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college program, preferably studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
