Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist

Join our team at Jackson HealthPros as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you'll function as a member of a cardiac team, expertly assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You'll ensure the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• Transplant experience with kidney and liver procedures required
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Level I hospital experience required
• Trach experience required
• Successfully completed a surgical technologist program or two years experience in Surgical Technologist role may be considered in lieu of completion of program

Assignment Details

• 12-hour shifts with start times of 10:40 AM and end times of 11:10 PM
• Monday through Friday variation
• Weekend call starting at 3:00 PM Friday until 7:00 AM Monday
• You will not be scheduled the Friday you are on weekend call
• Will consider 4x12s
