Store sales at $35M+ annual paceWhat you'll be doing:Inspire & develop 16+ associate team of Sales Associates, Merchandisers, & Price Change AssociateCreatively build quality displays with your team; no planograms here!Open/close & drive results storewide modeling customer service as MODOn the floor 70% of the time working shoulder-to-shoulder with teamResolve escalated customer issues via win/win approachRequirements to qualify:2+ years of retail management experience, leading teams of 16+ direct reportsExperience developing those direct reports into positions of greater responsibilityProven track record of thriving in high-volume traffic environmentsHands on experience with a variety of Hardware and Electronics itemsLove of retail! Reasonable number of nights and weekends essentialAbout Cargo LargoWe're an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We sell this inventory in our well-known, local retail store (10,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week).We'll process over 1M unique SKUs each year arriving in 40-60 trailer loads per week.
