Clinical Programs Manager

- Makes formal presentations to prospective clients and existing clients, analyzing utilization data and presenting reports and recommended changes.
- Supports customers acting as a consistent advisor for clinical program performance and recommendations.
- Meets with key customers as frequently as monthly to review clinical data, costs and ROI.
- Partners with account management and analytics to prepare insightful reporting that guides clients in making appropriate decisions based on their data.
- Evaluates account utilization data to identify areas to target or where the client has an opportunity for new programming/options to deliver saving and improved employee health.
- Prepares responses to RFPs and a variety of analytical reports for accounts in support of the program.
- Develops relationships with consultants and/or brokers and provides updates on Elevance Health's clinical programs and services.
- Advises Elevance Health Sales and Account Management on clinical programs and services related to delivering value for customers and provides formal training where needed.
- Stays current on the latest trends in care management for Elevance Health, our competitors and within healthcare overall
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- RN license and/or other clinical credentials preferred.
- Business/consulting background preferred.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong planning, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
