About FounderBrands

FounderBrands is a content agency. We help our clients grow personal brands and drive high-quality leads to their businesses. We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and help take our clients' digital presence to the next level.

We are looking for detail-driven people person . A lot of this role is relationship-building. Much of this role is celebrating wins with our clients and keeping them excited to work with us!

The job

You own a book of about ten founders. Their results are your results, and their renewal is your renewal.

What you own

The relationship. You run the kickoff, you are the voice in their Slack channel, and you are their person. Not a bot, not the CEO.

The outcome. You know which clients are at risk before they do, and you say so early. Every week you can tell us who is wobbling and what you are doing about it.

The story of their results. Every client gets a performance review at 60 and 100 days. You present it, including the months where the numbers are not what anyone hoped.

The numbers behind it. Analytics go out twice a month. You make sure they are accurate and honest. A number you cannot stand behind does not get sent.

Getting things unstuck. Content is late, an approval has been sitting for a week, something is off. You find where it is jammed, clear it, and change the process so it does not happen again.

What we look for

You bring us things nobody asked for that make the work better. You get a destination and build your own route. You raise problems early instead of absorbing them and hoping. You write like a person.

3+ years client-facing: account management, client success, content ops, or agency work. Comfortable in spreadsheets and Slack, and able to pick up a new tool without training. We use AI heavily here and expect you to use it well.

What this is not

Not a ticket queue. Not a role where the plan comes down from above. We are a fast-growing startup, plenty is unfinished, and you will be building the process while running it. Some people love that. If you want a clearly defined lane, this will frustrate you.
