We're looking for a sharp, adaptable Creative Project Manager to join our team supporting a top Tech client's Commercial Web Marketing team. In this fast-paced environment, you'll bridge creative vision and technical execution to bring enterprise web assets to life.


The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, thrives when sifting through ambiguity, and rolls with shifting priorities without missing a beat.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of strategic web initiatives, delivering engaging, high-performing organic marketing pages that align with the client's brand vision and business goals.
• Manage workflows across SEO, development, accessibility, UX writing, design, tagging/analytics, localization, and experimentation teams.
• Navigate evolving project scopes, clarify vague requirements, and adapt swiftly to changing business priorities.
• Leverage brand guidelines, design systems, and wireframes to ensure visual and functional excellence. Perform rigorous site audits for brand, UX, and compliance accuracy.
• Oversee content lifecycles using Adobe DAM and ensure alignment across instrumentation, attribution, and analytics platforms.
• Track all deliverables, schedules, and administrative tasks in project management software with meticulous detail.
• Foster strong relationships with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5 + years of project management experience within a creative agency, in-house marketing team, or design studio.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, WorkFront, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira) and familiarity with creative tools like Figma, Adobe CC.
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous briefs and pivot seamlessly when scope or timelines shift.
