We're seeking an organized, proactive, and highly professional Executive Administrator & Corporate Operations Coordinator to support our Executive Team while helping manage key corporate office operations, lease administration, facilities coordination, travel planning, and company events.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in helping leaders and teams operate at their best.
What You'll Do
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Track action items and support key business initiatives.
Corporate Operations & Lease Administration
- Maintain lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and property records.
- Track important lease dates, obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with landlords, vendors, internal departments, and business partners.
- Support office operations, purchasing, contracts, and administrative processes.
Facilities, Travel & Events
- Assist with facilities projects, office improvements, and vendor coordination.
- Support workplace readiness, maintenance scheduling, and service agreements.
- Coordinate executive travel, market meetings, leadership events, and company functions.
- Help plan and execute memorable experiences that support Bluemont's culture and growth.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, office management, lease administration, property coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with lease administration, commercial real estate, facilities coordination, or property management.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and corporate events.
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience using business technology, document management systems, and AI-powered productivity tools.
