IWAL Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman/Crew Lead to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that landscape installation tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

I’m looking for someone who can be given a job plan in the morning, take charge of a small crew, and get the job done correctly without needing constant supervision. Your leadership will inspire your crew to deliver exceptional outdoor environments that meet client expectations and project specifications.

What we do:

• Sprinkler/irrigation installation and repair
• Sod and landscape installs
• Rock, mulch and edging
• Pavers and retaining walls
• Grading and skid-steer/mini-skid work
• Water features and other landscape projects

What I’m looking for:

• Previous landscape installation experience
• Experience leading a crew preferred
• Strong knowledge of irrigation/sprinklers
• Comfortable operating equipment
• Able to read a job, problem-solve and make good decisions independently
• Able to keep 1–3 crew members productive and organized
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Takes pride in doing clean, professional work

This is NOT an entry-level position. I’m specifically looking for someone who already knows landscape installation and is capable of running jobs.

We have a strong workload through the remainder of the landscape season. Our work is seasonal, so winter hours are not guaranteed. I want to be upfront about that from the beginning.
