Junior Sales Assistant

Aurelius Consulting Group is growing its Boston team and is looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns for nationally recognized brands.

This is an entry-level sales opportunity designed for people who are confident communicating, motivated to learn, and enjoy working in an energetic, people-focused environment.

No previous sales experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Sales Assistant, you’ll work across retail activations, live events, community campaigns, and promotional venues throughout Boston.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers face-to-face

• Representing client brands professionally

• Introducing products, services, and current campaigns

• Building rapport and identifying customer needs

• Answering questions clearly and confidently

• Supporting customers through registrations, applications, or purchases

• Working with the team toward campaign objectives

• Developing your sales, product, and customer engagement knowledge

Earnings

Average weekly earnings of $700+ , including a combination of base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
