URGENT: Housekeeper Wanted - Part Time Professional House Cleaner — $22/Hr + Bonus Salt Lake City

Overview Get paid $22/hour to clean familiar homes for recurring clients, with paid travel time between homes, supplies provided, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business scales. Spotless Summit is a new premium home cleaning service on Salt Lake City’s east side. We serve busy professionals who want a service that just works: familiar cleaner, clear standards, supplies included, and a home that feels reset without the usual stress. We are hiring our first Part-Time Professional House Cleaner. You would be our first hire, and that matters. Your input will help shape how we do things: which products we use, where we start in a house, what we add to the checklist, and how we create a better experience for both clients and cleaners. This role is part-time to start, approximately 25–35 hours per week depending on client bookings and route needs, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as recurring client volume increases. Responsibilities

• Clean client homes on Salt Lake City’s east side, including The Avenues, Sugar House, Millcreek, Holladay, and Cottonwood Heights.
• Deliver our 47-point hospitality-grade clean and help us refine it over time.
• Work with recurring clients and familiar homes instead of random one-off jobs every day.
• Follow provided cleaning checklists for each job.
• Communicate professionally with clients at arrival and departure.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to represent the Spotless Summit standard.
• Report home issues, client concerns, damage, access problems, or supply needs to the owner the same day.
• Follow company safety procedures, including proper product use, PPE, and home-access protocols.
• Protect client privacy and handle home access details, keys, codes, and photos responsibly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of current auto insurance, and driving record acceptable for the role.
• Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and service updates.
• Authorized to work in the United States as a W-2 employee.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients and the owner regarding scheduling, access, cleaning instructions, safety issues, and service updates.
• Comfortable working in homes with dogs and cats and cleaning pet hair.
• Able to safely perform the essential duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
