This collaborative group prioritizes thoughtful communication strategies to foster connection and alignment across the organization, ensuring that key messages resonate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. What you'll bring...You’re a strategic communicator who understands that culture isn’t created by a communications campaign—it’s built through the experiences people have and the stories they tell about them. You can translate those experiences into communications that resonate with associates while strengthening Walmart’s reputation externally. You bring excellent writing and storytelling skills, strong judgment on complex or sensitive issues, experience working across internal and external communications, and the confidence to counsel senior leaders.
