We are currently seeking a dynamic Float Teller/ Member Service Representative to join our team and help drive our mission forward. About the Role We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Float Teller to join our team! In this role, you will support multiple branch locations, assisting members with financial transactions while delivering exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and building relationships with members across different branches. Hours varies from 7:15 am to 6:30 pm M-F What You’ll Do Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Handle cash transactions and negotiable instruments such as money orders and cashier checks Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions with a high level of accuracy Verify and post transactions to member accounts while maintaining accurate records Greet members warmly and provide information about products and services Identify opportunities to recommend Credit Union products that meet member needs Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones Travel to and support various branch locations as needed Perform additional duties to support branch operations What We’re Looking For Previous cash handling, teller, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to different branch environments Basic computer and data entry skills Professional appearance and dependable attendance High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality What Success Looks Like Delivering friendly, professional, and personalized service to every member Maintaining a balanced cash drawer with minimal discrepancies Accurately processing transactions with limited errors Resolving member inquiries efficiently and effectively Proactively identifying opportunities to support members’ financial needs Demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset Why Join Us?
