This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• CPM $0.84 - $0.88 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $20.00 Per Hour

• Drop/Hook Pay $10.00 Per Stop

• Hazmat Load $25.00 Per Load

• Holiday Pay $225.00 Per Day

• New Hire Training $250.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Trainer Pay $75.00 Per Day
