This role involves providing intensive, community-based support and advocacy to help persons navigate mental health, legal, and social challenges. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering services directly in the home and community. Ideal for compassionate professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Program InfoProgram for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) provides comprehensive treatment to people with serious and persistent mental illness.
