Job Description Client Services Team Lead
Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Team Lead to join a growing team. This is a newly created position designed to support to Service Manager in overseeing and enhancing the performance of Client Services team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines, along with proven managerial expertise.

This is a newly created position designed to support to Service Manager in overseeing and enhancing the performance of Client Services team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines, along with proven managerial expertise.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers (AMs) in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.
- Oversee the quoting of new and renewal business for accounts ranging from $1,000 to $500,000.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
- Act as a mentor and resource for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize EPIC and CSR24 software to manage workflows and ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Participate in monthly in-office meetings and occasional travel as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred; familiarity with CSR24 is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Education: Relevant educational background preferred but not required.
