Executive Producer

Leading the planning and execution of high-quality production work, the full-time Executive Producer will manage integrated campaigns and various deliverables in the pharmaceutical marketing sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and maintaining high standards of craft and operational rigor, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production across diverse deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Uphold creative excellence by partnering with teams to maintain the integrity of ideas throughout production Engage with clients to discuss production scope, budgets, and executional considerations, fostering strong relationships Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in creative production, preferably in an agency environment Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel production projects from concept to delivery Experience managing freelance talent and external production partners Working knowledge of production contracts, talent rights, and negotiation processes
