Experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations, or related financial disciplines. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Experience partnering with executive leadership and operational teams to support strategic decision-making. Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise or global Customer Experience organizations. Experience supporting multi-site operations or international delivery centers. Experience working with P&L management, EBITDA analysis, cost optimization, pricing strategy, or operational finance. Experience supporting private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
