About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Associate Vice President for AI Adoption and Clinical Workforce Enablement. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the enterprise strategy for the evaluation, adoption, and strategic deployment of artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector. This pivotal role is dedicated to ensuring that AI technologies are not only effective but also sustainable and aligned with the organization's mission to enhance patient care, clinician experience, and operational performance. The Senior Associate Vice President will be responsible for bridging various domains, including clinical operations, research, innovation, and investment strategy, to create a national benchmark for AI adoption in healthcare. Key responsibilities for this role include developing and executing the enterprise AI strategy, advising executive leadership on AI opportunities and risks, and establishing governance structures for AI technologies. The role also involves leading change management efforts, measuring the impact of AI on clinical workflows, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
