Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support daily steel manufacturing and production operations.
• Learn to operate production equipment and assist with machine setups and changeovers.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility.
• Perform grinding, finishing, packaging, and other production-related tasks.
• Inspect products and use measuring tools to verify quality standards.
• Train on forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain production records and support housekeeping and safety initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Skill Recommendations

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift.
• Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, metal manufacturing, or blueprint reading is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bridgeville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $38480.00 - $50000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Bridgeville,PA.
