Qualifications Be an effective communicator both written and verbal. Have computer experience and good organizational skills. Self‑motivation and full commitment to building a profitable business. Sales experience highly preferred. High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus. Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License. Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals. Prior insurance industry experience not required, but a plus. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire. Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
