Key Responsibilities Generate residential roofing opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads. Inspect residential roofs, identify customer needs, and present clear repair or replacement options. Serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact from the initial consultation through project completion and final payment. Prepare proposals and project documentation, then coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule. Manage project details, budgets, change orders, customer communication, and collections from start to finish. Qualifications Residential roofing, restoration, in-home sales, or outside sales experience is preferred; a strong record of sales success may substitute. Proven ability to prospect, build trust, follow up consistently, and close sales. Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills, plus comfort using a smartphone and basic computer applications. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely climb and inspect roofs when needed.
