Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Plater (Anodizing) to join our production team in Roseville, CA. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will assist with anodizing and metal finishing processes, ensuring products meet customer and industry specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform anodizing and metal plating operations according to established procedures.
Prepare metal parts for processing through cleaning, masking, rinsing, and inspection.
Load and unload parts onto racks and fixtures for anodizing and finishing.
Monitor production processes and perform quality checks throughout the plating operation.
Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Maintain chemical tanks, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
Complete production and quality documentation as required.
Assist with general shop duties and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous anodizing, metal plating, manufacturing, or metal finishing experience.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic math and measuring skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around chemicals and production equipment while following safety protocols.
