Description: Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Melbourne Beach, FL paying $21/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. You will support a large retail reset by removing and re-organizing products and documenting progress using our app.

Schedule & Hours:

• Pay: $21/hour
• Start Date: June 25th and 26th 2026
• Start Time: 5:00AM
• Shift Length: 8.5 hours (includes unpaid lunch break)
• Arrival: 15 minutes early required

Responsibilities:

• You will be working as a team under a designated Reset Team Lead. The lead will use the planogram to determine the workflow and assign tasks.
• You could be asked to work in the freezers and you should go prepared with warm clothing.
• Remove all the products from shelves (and place them in carts/on the floor).
• Reorganize product tags so that they match the new shelf Planogram.
• Move the products that were removed back into the shelf.
• Go to the store backroom to get new inventory to complete the restock.
• Miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other: 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• Dress Code: Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
