Civil Engineer / Project Manager – Milwaukee, WI

A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead diverse infrastructure and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead civil design and site development projects
Manage schedules, budgets, and project delivery
Mentor junior engineering staff
Support client relationships and business development
Coordinate permitting, stormwater, grading, and utility design
Assist with proposals and technical presentations
Oversee field data collection and survey coordination

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering
PE license in Wisconsin (or nearing completion)
5+ years of civil infrastructure or land development experience
Strong background in stormwater, grading, utilities, and roadway/site design
Experience with project management and client coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
