Penn Machine Company in Blairsville is hiring a warehouse laborer. We are expanding our workforce and production at our Penn Locomotive Gear division and are looking for an individual to perform shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory control, accurate documentation, etching of parts, and other labor duties as needed throughout the shop. Overtime offered when needed.

Qualifications for this position include:

• One year experience as laborer or similar position. Shipping/receiving and/or inventory experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities and take advantage of company provided training
• Basic mathematical skills; ability to copy product code, serial numbers, and other minor copying; understanding of written directions; composing correspondence; and verbal communication to provide information and assistance
• Forklift certified or attain certification upon hire
• Valid drivers license and willingness to drive company box truck, is preferred (CDL medical card required for positionat hire or obtained upon hire)
