Delivery Team Associate

Delivery Driver
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting Amazon packages safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a valid driver's license. You will also utilize your premium skills in customer service and warehouse experience to ensure a smooth delivery process. Additionally, relevant skills such as moving, loading and unloading, and familiarity with commercial vehicles will enhance your performance. Requirements
- Arrive at 09:15am
- Load delivery vehicle every morning (300+ packages)
- Utilize GPS on company provided smartphone to navigate to make each delivery a success
- Drive the company vehicle safely, provide great customer service
- Deliver all packages to our customers (businesses and residential customers)
- Be at least 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license (moving violations in the last 3 years cannot be forgiven)
- Pass both a background check and a drug test
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds (don't worry most packages are lighter than that!)
- Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150-190+ stops (in all types of weather)
- Must be able to walk up flights of stairs
- Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas
- Must be available to work weekends and all scheduled days

- Overtime starts at $time and half all work that is over 40hrs/week turns into overtime pay

- Route Rescue Incentive - $1.00 for each package that you rescued from another driver ($20+/day)
- Consistent work that is about 9-10 hrs./day
- Bi-Weekly pay via Direct Deposit no more bank runs
- 10 days Paid Training 2 days in class and 8 days in training routes
- Full and Part-Time, and Temporary opportunities available

- Paid Time Off Full time drivers get 2 weeks+ of PTO each year (PTO hours are based on hours worked)
