Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and establish personalized care plans.
• Implement treatment strategies across a variety of specialties, such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities designed to facilitate recovery and enhance functional mobility.
• Demonstrate superior customer service by fostering positive interactions with patients and their families, contributing to a welcoming and supportive clinic environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and ongoing assessment of treatment effectiveness.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and exercises to empower them in their recovery process.
• Meet targeted utilization goals and engage in continuous personal and professional development to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (APTA or CAPTE recognized).
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Basic Life Support Certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
• Proficient in the use of word processing and electronic documentation systems.
• A strong ability to build relationships and establish rapport with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting, especially within outpatient care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation practices.
• Experience in one or more of the specialties such as pediatric physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, or geriatrics.

Compensation and Benefits

Theradynamics offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
