What You'll DoWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Retirement & Income Solutions Product Management team, leading strategy and delivery for our Plan and Participant Management family. This is a high-visibility role where you'll shape how our business teams engage customers, streamline workflows, and unlock value.You'll have the opportunity to:Define and manage the product vision and strategy for our Salesforce platform, aligning customer needs, business goals, and enterprise priorities in partnership with leaders across our Retirement & Income Solutions (RIS) teamLead product discovery through experimentation, customer research, and analytics to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize investments that move the needleDrive delivery end-to-end, partnering with Salesforce engineers, designers, and cross-functional product managers to execute the roadmap using agile standard practices, resolving dependencies and delivering quality outcomes on timeMeasure what matters. Use data, customer insights, and industry trends to assess product performance, inform strategic adjustments, and continuously evolve the platform.Communicate and align across teams and leadership forums, keeping partners informed, engaged, and rallied around a shared directionFoster product leadership by mentoring fellow product managers, championing best practices, and helping cultivate a high-performing product cultureChallenge the status quo. Our mission, integrity, and customer focus have made us a trusted leader for more than 140 years.Who You Are6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education3+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholdersProven success leading product strategy across multiple products and cross-functional teamsStrong track record of navigating complex stakeholder relationships and aligning priorities in a matrixed environmentDemonstrated success in both product discovery and delivery, with a focus on measurable outcomesSkilled at translating customer, user, and partner insights into product decisionsStrategic thinker who makes sound calls quickly, even with incomplete informationExperience coaching or mentoring other product managers or peersSkills That Will Help You Stand OutHands-on product management experience with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platformProduct management experience in a mature product organizationFinancial services industry backgroundSalary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$130000 - $170000 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
