As an AMPlifier, you don't have one station. The entire venue is your responsibility. Your awareness, urgency, and energy help create a seamless experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

As an AMPlifier, you'll help create exceptional experiences by:

• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables quickly so guests can continue enjoying their experience
• Maintaining clean, organized dining areas, gaming spaces, walkways, and shared guest areas
• Delivering food and beverages throughout the venue when support is needed
• Assisting with events, large parties, and venue transitions
• Anticipating guest needs and offering assistance before they have to ask
• Supporting every department by stepping in wherever help is needed
• Maintaining awareness of the entire venue and moving with urgency throughout every shift
• Taking ownership of the guest experience, no matter where you are

What We're Looking For

Preferred qualifications include:

• Ability to work at least 30 hours each week
• Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, physically active environment
• Strong communication skills and a team first mindset
• Professional appearance that meets company grooming and uniform standards
• Dependable, accountable, and committed to exceptional hospitality

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly during busy service periods.
• Team oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to give and receive coaching.
