Cardinal Therapy Group (formerly Cardinal Rehab) is a local, therapist-owned therapy company that specializes in pediatrics. We provide a variety of therapy and support services in a number of virtual and in-person healthcare and educational settings.

Cardinal Therapy Group is looking for an enthusiastic COTA to fill our new part-time position. Our company has grown and needs to add therapists who are excited to join us in providing quality therapy services in our area!
Job Overview
One open position; part-time with guaranteed hours. 3-4 days/week, Monday through Friday; no evenings, weekends or holidays. Position has potential for growth to full-time within the company.
Work directly with experienced OTs and COTAs who are eager to support and collaborate!

Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Ohio Licensure
Motivated to be an advocate for the child and maintain high ethical standards for treatment.
Willing to learn, adapt, and think “outside of the box”
Enjoy collaborating within a team environment.
Pediatric focus; experience in a school setting is a plus but not required!
New graduate candidates welcome to apply; supervision available.
A friendly and professional demeanor; “team” oriented.
