This role requires strong mixology skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. In this role you must be passionate about the food and beverage industry and execute a Cosmworthy experience.Responsibilities:Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactionsDeliver exceptional, service-oriented hospitality to all guests at the bar and throughout the venueEngage fans (guests) with a positive, friendly, and professional approach in every interactionCreate memorable experiences through personalized service and expert beverage recommendationsEnsure every fan (guest) has a seamless, Cosmworthy experience from arrival through departureMaintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and upcoming eventsPrepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standardsConsistently use proper measuring tools (jigger) and follow all drink procedures to ensure quality and consistencyAccurately and efficiently enter all orders into the POS with minimal errorsMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shiftComplete all bar setup and closing procedures with attention to detailMonitor and minimize product loss, supporting overall cost control effortsEnsure all alcohol storage areas remain secure and compliantFoster a connected, one-team environment by supporting fellow team membersCommunicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to ensure smooth serviceFollow direction from supervisors with a positive and optimistic attitudeContribute to a collaborative, high-energy team cultureAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards outlined in training materials and the employee handbookFollow all accounting procedures (POS transactions, credit cards, gift cards, discounts, and team member meals)Comply with all state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service policiesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company and state guidelinesAttend and participate in all required food, beverage, and service trainingsPrepare bar/section to be ready at scheduled timeConsistently demonstrate a positive, professional, and optimistic attitudeExperience:2+ years previous bartending experience required, preferably in a fast-paced full-service establishment.Must possess a thorough understanding of mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic beverages.Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.Food handlers' card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysFood Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required (CA) or ability to obtainMust be of legal age to create and pour alcoholic beverages in accordance with local and state laws.Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.Will seldom be climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.Disclaimer: This job description reflects the general duties of the role but is not intended to be all-inclusive.
