Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe, age-appropriate direct and indirect care to patients. The RN will practice within the scope defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. This role involves assessing, evaluating, and intervening in the bio-psychosocial aspects of late adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients along with their significant others, particularly those undergoing acute phases of mental or emotional disturbances.
The Mental Health teams provide a comprehensive range of professional mental health services delivered by skilled psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical social workers.
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
