About Our Client

You will be working for our client, a leading AI training platform that partners with frontier AI labs. They bring together domain experts to review, write, and evaluate code, helping large language models reason and program more accurately.

This particular engagement is a defined, short-term project rather than a permanent position: you complete individual tasks (each roughly 4-5 hours), get them reviewed, and get paid per approved task.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

• Review AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and best practices
• Write clean, well-documented sample solutions to programming problems
• Evaluate and rank model outputs, giving clear and structured feedback
• Flag bugs, edge cases, and reasoning errors to help improve model performance
• Complete each task accurately within the platform's review guidelines

Skills You Have

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong coding depth across software engineering, debugging and repair, systems and infrastructure, security, and ML/AI
• Comfort with command line tooling, Docker, Git/GitHub, and Harbor
• Sharp attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working independently in an async, task-based workflow
• Advanced English, both written and spoken

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

• Prior experience with AI training, data annotation, or model evaluation
• Experience doing code review at scale
• Breadth across multiple programming languages and paradigms
