Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance the customer experience and share best practices. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with product knowledge and service techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanour. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure. Proficient with computers and an aptitude for learning new software programs.
