As a strategy execution team, we take full ownership of every initiative from start to finish, ensuring that our clients see tangible results, not just ideas.Connect Centric is seeking a Program Manager, Latin America to support the growth of our client's regional presence, engagement, and member value, with a focus on Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. You will execute regional strategy, contribute market insights, support member acquisition and retention, and strengthen engagement with international and student chapters. You will work closely with global teams, volunteer leaders, faculty advisors, and external partners to expand reach and deliver meaningful member experiences. Spanish proficiency is required; Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred.Market Strategy and GrowthExecute regional market development strategy across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.Research member needs, institutional dynamics, and the local competitive landscape; analyze findings to inform regional priorities and market approaches.Identify and support growth opportunities through academic partnerships, institutional engagement, and industry collaboration.Contribute to localized engagement plans aligned with global membership and retention goals.Member Acquisition and RetentionExecute targeted initiatives to grow membership among students, early-career professionals, and institutional segments.Support retention programs that strengthen member value and renewal rates; monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements.Partner with marketing and product teams to localize messaging, campaigns, and value propositions.Chapter Support and EngagementServe as a liaison to international and student chapters across Latin America, maintaining ongoing relationships with volunteer leaders and faculty advisors.Support chapter activation, sustainability, and growth, particularly in priority markets; help volunteer leaders increase programming frequency, relevance, and participation.Develop and implement approaches that help student chapter members transition into professional chapter or local section engagement.Facilitate faculty advisor and institutional engagement to sustain membership connections across career stages, and share chapter best practices that improve member experience, engagement, and retention.Programs and EventsLead or support regional workshops, webinars, conferences, and partner activities aligned with membership growth, awareness, and engagement objectives.Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and stakeholder communications; represent the client at regional events as needed.Use market feedback and program performance to provide insights and recommend improvements.Stakeholder Engagement and PartnershipsBuild and manage relationships with universities, research institutions, industry partners, and scientific societies across priority countries.Identify partnership opportunities aligned with growth goals and support onboarding of new partners to expand the client's reach and influence.Engage faculty advisors, volunteer leaders, and early-career communities to strengthen connections with prospective and current members; serve as a regional contact for stakeholders and internal collaborators.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree.5–8 years of experience in program management, membership organizations, or international market engagement.Proficiency in Spanish.Experience supporting membership growth, engagement, or retention initiatives.Strong execution skills and the ability to translate strategy into practical actions.Ability to independently manage priorities and multiple projects across countries and stakeholders.Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills across diverse cultural contexts.Experience tracking and reporting performance metrics and using data to inform program decisions.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in or with Latin American markets, particularly Brazil and Mexico, strongly preferred.Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred.Advanced degree.Background in scientific, academic, nonprofit, or professional membership organizations.Position Type: Full-time W-2 employment.
