Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and versatile Human Resources Generalist to join our small manufacturing company. This role will serve as a key HR partner, managing a broad spectrum of human resources functions to support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions Coordinate performance management processes, including reviews and development plans Manage workers' compensation claims and workplace safety initiatives Process payroll and maintain time and attendance records Support training and development programs for employees at all levels Assist with HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations (OSHA, EEO, FMLA, etc.) Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in complex situations Preferred Qualifications Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) Experience with payroll processing and workers' compensation administration #J-18808-Ljbffr Frey Consulting Group
