Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Nurse (MS) position is available on a surgical floor in Utica, New York. This role involves caring for adult patients with various diagnoses, including oncology, hematology, nephrology, endocrine, gastrointestinal, dermatology, and general medicine. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day to work in this clinical setting.

Job Details:

• Location: Utica, New York
• Unit type: Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, Gastrointestinal, Dermatology, General Medicine
• Shift: Nights (6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Required Qualifications: Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Chemo Certification, active New York State registered nurse license, NURSYS report verification, and at least 0 years of experience. Valid drivers license with an address matching demographics and a scrub color of Navy Blue.
• Additional Information: Experience in medical-surgical oncology, hematology, nephrology, endocrine, GI, dermatology, or general medicine preferred. EMR experience with EPIC. Must include RTO at submission. Candidates should submit an up-to-date resume documenting relevant experience and travel experience.
