UX Strategist - AI Product Excellence

Overview Take the wheel of our design strategy and elevate our entire organization's UX maturity for the intelligence age. As one of our enterprise design champions, you will establish the scalable AI design standards and experience metrics that define what 'excellent AI UX' looks like across all of our products. Responsibilities Create and promote the UX strategy for our AI products, helping different teams work together and improving the company's overall design standards. Plan, conduct, and synthesize deep‑dive qualitative user research, usability testing, and ethnographic studies to uncover behavioral insights and validate complex AI workflows. Partner closely with senior product managers, data scientists, and engineering leaders within the Center of Excellence to translate technical AI capabilities into clear, seamless user experiences. Champion responsible AI practices by designing transparent feedback loops, managing user expectations around model uncertainty, and mitigating bias within the user interface. Establish scalable design standards, quality bars, and experience‑measurement systems that guide junior designers and product teams across the enterprise. Role Details This position is a 6‑month contract, working on‑site in the Atlanta office. The role offers strong potential for extension and long‑term growth, including the opportunity to convert to a permanent associate position. Required Skills 5 years of experience in UX design or product strategy, with a proven track record of launching complex digital products. Demonstrated experience designing for AI/ML products, including a strong understanding of AI‑specific UX challenges like trust, latency, and probabilistic outputs. Experience with UX strategy and qualitative research methodologies, including user interviewing, persona development, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations. Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Exceptional ability to articulate strategic design decisions, advocate for the user, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
