About the Opportunity
A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system serving communities across the western United States is seeking a CT Technologist to join its Portland-based medical center. This organization is recognized for clinical excellence across multiple specialties including cancer care, cardiology, neurosciences, orthopedics, women's services, emergency and trauma services, pediatrics, and neonatal care. Position Summary The CT Technologist performs diagnostic CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians. Responsibilities include:
- Operating advanced CT imaging equipment
- Adjusting imaging parameters based on patient condition and age-specific needs
- Ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
- Delivering compassionate patient care
- Collaborating effectively with radiologists and clinical teams
Flexible scheduling is available for day and night shifts. Required Qualifications
- Education meeting certification/licensure requirements
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
- Oregon Medical Imaging License upon hire
- ARRT (Radiography or Nuclear Medicine Technology) upon hire
- CT certification (ARRT or NMTCB) within 1 year of hire
