Reclaim Hyperbarics & Wellness is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead people, strengthen operations, and help guide the continued growth of our two-location wellness practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager, General Manager, Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, or multi-site leader who loves developing people and knows how to bring clarity and structure to a growing, entrepreneurial organization.

Reclaim blends advanced, science-supported therapies with holistic wellness services in a restorative, high-touch environment. Our goal is to provide exceptional care while helping clients feel genuinely welcomed, understood, and supported.

The Role

As Director of Operations, you will work closely with the Owner to turn business goals and ideas into organized, achievable plans. You'll help identify what matters most, determine who should be involved, establish clear ownership and expectations, and create the structure and accountability that keeps the team moving forward together.

Just as importantly, you will be a people leader and coach .

You'll lead a multidisciplinary team that includes customer service staff, nurses, clinical personnel, and holistic wellness providers. You'll recruit and onboard great people, coach performance, provide meaningful feedback, strengthen communication, and create an environment where employees feel valued while understanding what is expected of them.

You'll oversee operations across both locations while building and improving processes, SOPs, training, scheduling, communication, reporting, and other systems that support a growing business. Because Reclaim is still developing its operational infrastructure, we're looking for someone who enjoys building and improving , not simply maintaining established systems.

Client Experience, Sales & Growth

You'll also help shape how clients experience Reclaim.

The right leader is warm, approachable, and naturally good with people. You'll model excellent customer service and coach the team to listen to clients, understand their goals, and confidently connect them with services that may benefit them. We believe the best sales experience feels like education and genuine service-not pressure.

You'll partner with our marketing team on promotions, events, sales initiatives, and client growth while helping improve memberships, retention, referrals, rebooking, and overall service utilization.

You'll also coordinate operationally with our Medical Director, nursing team, wellness providers, contractors, event facilitators, and outside vendors.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can see the big picture while creating clarity around what happens next .

You'll likely thrive here if you're an emotionally intelligent, relationship-oriented leader who can manage both up and down; coach people with empathy and accountability; prioritize competing needs; and create structure without becoming rigid.

You should also be comfortable with technology and data. You'll help optimize our CRM/POS, reporting, workflows, and vendor support so leadership has better information for decision-making.

We prefer 5+ years of progressive operations or management experience and 3+ years of people leadership experience . Experience in healthcare operations, wellness, medical practices, hospitality, multi-site management, or another high-touch service business is especially valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Target ongoing salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience, demonstrated performance, and scope of responsibility.

The position begins with a 90-day introductory period at an established starting salary, followed by a formal performance and compensation review.

Reclaim offers benefits that may include medical and dental coverage options, paid time off, access to Reclaim wellness services and modalities, and other benefits based on eligibility.

This is a full-time, primarily on-site leadership position supporting both Reclaim locations. Some flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, events, or urgent operational needs is required.
