Outlet Quality Associate - Rockville Outlet

Summary RH is seeking an Outlet Quality Associate to execute maintenance and housekeeping initiatives at the Rockville Outlet. The role supports facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and ensures the outlet meets RH quality and safety standards. This position works closely with the outlet team to minimize operational disruptions and maintain a clean, functional retail environment. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations. Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage areas. Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders. Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions. Maintain compliance with OSHA and HAZMAT standards and safety requirements. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
