About the Role

Gameday Men’s Health Nashua is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to build a career in men’s health, hormone optimization, sexual wellness, and performance medicine.

This is a hands-on clinical role in a modern, fast-paced men’s health clinic with strong patient demand, on-site lab testing, and a team focused on delivering a premium patient experience.

Gameday specializes in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment, weight management, PRP, and men’s wellness services. Our clinic is designed to give men a comfortable, efficient, and high-quality healthcare experience.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include:

Evaluate patients for symptoms of low testosterone and hormone imbalance
Interpret labs and develop treatment plans under applicable clinical protocols
Prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy when appropriate
Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and recommend treatment options
Perform consultations for new patients and follow-up visits for existing patients
Provide patient education around TRT, ED, weight management, and men’s wellness
Administer or oversee injections, PRP, and related in-office procedures
Work closely with the Medical Assistant and front desk team
Help maintain strong patient retention and clinic growth
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and professional requirements
Deliver an excellent patient experience from consultation through ongoing care

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

A licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Hampshire
Comfortable discussing men’s health, hormones, sexual wellness, and performance medicine
Confident, personable, and able to build trust with patients
Organized and reliable in a fast-paced clinic setting
Interested in wellness, prevention, hormone optimization, and quality-of-life medicine
Motivated by patient outcomes and clinic growth
Professional, coachable, and team-oriented

Experience in urology, endocrinology, internal medicine, family medicine, urgent care, med spa, hormone therapy, sexual medicine, or men’s health is preferred.

Prior TRT experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

Active New Hampshire NP or PA license
Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience preferred
Active DEA Certificate or ability to obtain one
Active Controlled Substance Registration or ability to obtain one
No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
Ability to work in person at our Nashua, NH clinic
