Working remotely, the full-time System Administrator will manage daily configuration and operations of various systems, ensuring optimal performance and user support for the NIH NIAID Enabling and Advancing Technologies (NEAT) contract. Key Responsibilities Perform, supervise, and manage daily activities of system configuration and operation across mainframe, mini, or client/server environments Plan and monitor system operation optimization and resource utilization, including capacity analysis and planning Assist users in accessing business systems while ensuring effective change management of supported software applications Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years' experience in clinical technology support, including system administration and configuration management Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field Active Public Trust or higher security clearance Strong supervisory skills in managing system configuration and operation Extensive experience with mainframe, mini, and client/server-based systems
