What You'll Do

• Perform complex diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using advanced laboratory techniques.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensure precise and timely results.
• Analyze test results and work closely with healthcare providers to support accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through routine quality control and internal audits.
• Offer leadership and mentorship to lab technicians while fostering a safe, supportive, and educational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory practices, equipment, and safety protocols
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
