Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025. Job Description Broad Function and Purpose of Position: Responsible for effectively operating assigned shift while meeting company goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost.

This particular open position is for a 12-hour shift in injection molding.Specific Responsibilities:Maintain a presence on the shop floor at least 90% of the timeEnsure that plant safety rules are enforcedEnsure that union contract and policies are enforcedWork with materials and Quality to ensure delivery and quality requirements are achievedEnsure existing manufacturing processes are being followed: Start-up and shut-down proceduresFirst and last piece inspectionHourly quality checks5 S practicesSafety devices in use and procedures followedSAP labeling processMeeting assigned financial goals and budgetsEffectively managing shop floor, manufacturing operations including: Accurate reporting of production, scrap and labor in SAPTimely shift start-up and shutdownAdherence to production schedule:

priorities and run rateTraining, development and motivation of shop floor personnelSupport local end users for knowledge gaps and overall digital process strength. Perform and support testing for new projects, change requests, upgrades, etc. Create incident tickets as needed for any technical issues.

Continuously update training materials, testing information and process documentation. Participate with CPR for regional/global collaboration. Qualifications High school education required; some college coursework preferredMust be a detail oriented problem solver, able to work and think independentlyMinimum three years previous supervisory experience, or equivalentMust be dependable and highly organizedMust have strong oral and written communication skillsMust be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including managementAdditional Information
