Pay: $33.50-$45.50 per hour based on experience + monthly spiffs and bonus opportunities

About the Role
As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering a high level of workmanship and customer care. You will work directly with homeowners to identify issues, explain solutions, and complete repairs and installations that meet code requirements and company standards. Success in this role comes from strong troubleshooting ability, clear communication, attention to detail, and ownership of each job from start to finish.
What Youll Do
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Perform installations, maintenance, and system upgrades. Identify issues and provide practical, code-compliant solutions for homeowners. Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as needed to secure materials and equipment. Support and mentor apprentices or helpers when applicable, while maintaining professionalism and strong workmanship standards on every project.
What Were Looking For
This role is ideal for experienced residential service plumbers who value independence in the field while being supported by a well-organized team. Previous residential plumbing service experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong troubleshooting and repair skills, professionalism in customer interactions, and the ability to manage work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Plumbing license requirements should align with state and local regulations if applicable. A valid drivers license and clean driving record are preferred.
