• Recruit, interview, and screen candidates
• Match qualified candidates with open positions
• Build and maintain relationships with job seekers and clients
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Conduct employee and client follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process
• Support daily office operations and staffing needs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
