Who You Are
3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition (Required)
You're a people-first thinker who leads with empathy and acts with intention
Experienced with HR tools and systems (BambooHR or similar is a plus)
Strong communicator — clear, warm, and professional
Highly organized, discreet, and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
