Join Ledcor in Reno, NV and help shape the future of our workforce, one great hire at a time.Essential Responsibilities:Proactively engage the external labor market to identify, attract, and connect with top talent that will drive business success.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across both high-volume skilled trades and professional positions.Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction through offer acceptance, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders.Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, develop hiring strategies, and provide guidance on talent market conditions and recruitment best practices.Assess candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and consultative evaluation practices to identify both immediate fit and long-term potential.Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within Workday while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations.Qualifications:4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting high-volume and professional hiring in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.Proven success proactively sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry associations, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels.Strong relationship-building and consultative partnership skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent evaluation.Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple requisitions while maintaining a high standard of quality and service.Results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition, continuous improvement, and delivering hiring outcomes that support business objectives.Work Conditions:Hybrid work environmentTravel throughout the United States required as neededAdditional InformationThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America's most diversified construction companies.
