Implementation Project ManagerThe Implementation Project Manager oversees effective, accurate and timely transition of new clients to Judi Health. Establishes implementation project plans, defines, and gathers requirements, outlines project objectives, defines success and leads client communications and presentations throughout the implementation process.Position Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits, ensuring accurate, timely, and seamless onboardingEstablish implementation project plans, define and gather requirements, outline project objectives, and define successLead client communications and presentation throughout the implementation process, including, but not limited to, detailed and strategic guidance through documenting clients benefit design, communications strategy and trading partners data needsExecute and review detailed benefit and communication testing to ensure accuracyMaintain meticulous notes and constantly assess progress against key milestonesProactively identify execution risks and develop solutions to addressCollaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SME) to facilitate successful implementationBuild and maintain trusting relationships with clients and any associated third parties through superior customer service and oversightExceptional project / time management, prioritization and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding experienceSupport development of internal implementation and project management best practicesSupport general business needs, as assignedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience3+ years of demonstrated experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), regional or national health plan, and/or third-party administrator (TPA) implementation settingTrack record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverablesAbility to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously and balance a range of key internal and external stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPointAttention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work productAbility to work effectively with virtual teamsAbility to travel 5–10%Certain times of year may require meeting participation, travel, service support or other requirements outside of standard business hours, including weekends.Salary Ranges:New York, NY: $117,600 - $147,000 USDDenver, CO: $108,000 - $135,000 USDCharlotte, NC: $98,000 - $122,500 USD
